Delivery Information

We aim to deliver all orders within 2–3 working days of purchase. Standard deliveries are made Monday to Friday, with Saturday delivery available by prior arrangement.

Delivery Charges

Orders containing less than 5 tonnes of material will incur a £60 delivery charge.
For deliveries within 15 driving miles, the delivery charge is £30.
Spend £120 or more and you will receive free local delivery within 15 driving miles.
Deliveries between 15 and 40 driving miles are charged at £30 plus £10 for each additional driving mile over 15 miles.
Where the delivery route requires crossing the Humber Bridge, an additional £20 Humber Bridge fee will apply.
Our maximum standard delivery range is 40 driving miles. Deliveries beyond this distance may be possible by prior agreement and quotation.

Delivery distances are calculated based on driving miles, rather than straight-line distance.

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations requested after this period may not be accepted if the order has already been prepared or arranged for delivery.

Returns & Collections

If you wish to return a product, you must contact us to arrange this. The customer is responsible for the cost of collection.

For health, safety and practical reasons, we can only collect full, unopened bags that are in the same condition as when they were delivered. Loose, part-used or contaminated materials cannot be accepted for return.

Any agreed collection will be arranged with the customer in advance.
